Monday, Feb. 1st (Committed to Doing Justice)

In Our Community, Our Nation & World

PreK – 12 Prayer Chain in the gym @ 8:05am.

Bring granola bars, chips, cereal bars, fruit cups, jars of peanut butter & jelly to donate to SOAP (Street Outreach & Advocacy Program) for homeless youth. 

 

 

Tuesday, Feb. 2nd (Loving) – Feast of the Presentation of the Lord

In Our Faculty, Staff & Volunteers

*Wear crazy socks.

Parents/Volunteers invited to lunch in ICS classrooms.

Teacher Appreciation Day. PTO will provide continental breakfast for teachers & staff.

Donate a pair of new socks to the Boys & Girls Home of Alaska!

 

Wednesday, Feb. 3rd (Religious) – Memorial of St. Blaise

In Our Religious & Clergy

*Dress your best.  PTO will provide donuts after Mass.

Join us at 9:01am K -12 Mass with Bishop Chad in Holy Family Chapel.

Invite the priests and religious sisters to lunch.

Bring canned soup, vegetables, spaghetti sauce & 100% fruit juice boxes to donate to

The Door, a shelter for homeless teens. 

 

Thursday, Feb. 4th (Intellectually Competent)

In Our Students

*Spirit Day Clothing - Jeans allowed for students & staff.

Staff vs. Students Dodge Ball Game in the Gym

A treat for all students will be delivered in the afternoon.

No homework day for ICS.

Bring books to donate to the Literacy Council.

 

Friday, Feb. 5th (Open to Growth) – Memorial of St. Agatha

No school for students.  Professional Development for Teachers.

Donations will be accepted throughout the week.  Collection boxes will be at the front doors.

ICS students and staff bring a good book to read for CS Week!  We will be experiencing… D.E.A.R. “Drop Everything and Read” throughout the week.
