Adult Faith Formation
Every parish should offer some opportunities for adults to grow in their faith. The Office of Religious Education has resources in scripture study, theology, spirituality, social justice, vocational discernment and prayer. Materials are available for forming an adult faith formation team in your parish and developing a program to serve the adults in your parish. Resources for using the "United States Catholic Catechism for Adults" (2006) and "Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us" (1999) are also available. These are Church documents on adult faith formation from the USCCB (United States Conference of Catholic Bishops).
